Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. We do not store passwords in plain text.

App Data: We store your prep lists, cleaning lists, employee roster, completion history, daily states, badge progress, and gamification settings. This data is synced to our servers so you can access it across devices.

Guest Mode Data: If you use the app without an account, all data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Photos and Voice: When you use the AI scanning feature, photos are transmitted to our processing service for text extraction and are not retained after processing. Voice recordings are transmitted for speech-to-text conversion and are not stored.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Data Storage and Security

Account data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

• Supabase: Authentication and data storage

• RevenueCat: Subscription management (processes purchase receipts from Apple)

• Rork AI Toolkit: AI-powered list scanning and voice transcription

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with the service providers listed above as necessary to operate the app.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account screen in the app.

7. Children's Privacy

Heard is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
